Hyosoon Yim, a doctoral student in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences’ Sport Management program, claimed the top prize of $1,000 at the annual Three Minute Thesis (3MT™) competition for his dissertation research “Social Media Intervention for Promoting Sport Participation among Older Adults: Application of the Socioemotional Selectivity Theory.”

26 FSU graduate students were honored at the 37th McKnight Annual Fellows Meeting for having received either the McKnight Doctoral or Dissertation Fellowship. Of the 26 students, eight of them are in the College of Education.
